Registered as a legal company in 1992 and approved by the Administration for Industry and Commerce of Tianjin, Tianjin HBH Sea 
Service Co., Ltd(hereinafter referred to as “the Company”) is a professional service provider for ship pollutant reception & disposal, 
maritime pollution control and marine oil spill emergency response etc.
With many years’ experience in providing maritime anti-pollution services, the Company has been committed to strengthening the 
supervision and administration of safe production, improve staff quality, perfect the supporting facilities, strictly implement the oper-
ational procedures, constantly upgrade the Company’s management and service level and try the best to perform the individual, co-
rporate and social responsibility effectively.  
In October 2011, the Company passed through the quality system certification of ISO9000 and ISO14000, and at the same year 
obtained the ISO18000 certificate.
In the year 2011, the Company got approval from China MSA and became the Level 1 SPRO(Ship Pollution Response Organization)
 nationwide with the certificate of 02-1001.
As a SPRO service provider based in Tianjin, for many years, under the great supports given by leaders and departments at all levels
 in Tianjin, concerted efforts made by all of staffs, the Company has achieved remarkable development. Now the Company has more
 than 100 professional staff members, in which 11 are senior management personnel for oil spill emergency response, 48 for pollutant 
cleaning. Meanwhile , the Company owns 12 auxiliary ships with gross tonnage ranging from 500 to 1,000 tons , one supporting term-
inal with quay length of 600 meters and two warehouses with a coverage of over 1,000 square meters for ship sludge disposal and oil
 spill emergency response facilities and materials.
The Company possesses a qualified operation team which includes 3 senior commanders, 8 site operators and 40 emergency respo-
nse workers. These staff all have received professional and technical trainings organized by the local MSA and always participate and
 perform regular emergency practice, drills and exercises. The Company now opens a 24-hour-duty service telephone and the well-trai-
ned operation team can be called together at all time to tackle any marine emergency.
The Company has years’ cooperation with many domestic and international shipping companies, the local port and enterprises, such 
as CMA CGM, MSC, MAERSK, EVERGREEN, HANJIN, Hapag-Lloyd, and Tianjin Port Group, Tianjin Xingang Shipyard, Taiyuan Heavy Industry, Fullpower Tank, Tianjin Bo Maike Marine Engineering
, and CNOOC etc. 
In additional, the Company also is designed as the only provider for tank cleaning services for the local well-known companies, includ-
ing Tianjin CSSC(ship building and repairing), the Fullpower Bohai Petrochemical (Tianjin) Storage Co., LTD, Tianjin Tianma Shipbreak-
ing Engineering Co., LTD ,Tianjin Port Nanjiang Sewage Treatment Plant and so on.
