As one of the companies engaged in anti-pollution business at Tianjin port, the Company has been participating in unknown pollutant 
clean-up operations for many times and this greatly strengthen the relationship with Tianjin MSA and Tianjin Port Group Co., Ltd.
In the year of 2010, the Company reached a Comprehensive cooperation agreement with Tianjin Port Environmental Protection and 
Health Management Center to establish “A Consortium of Oil Spill Emergency Response” . According to the agreement, the company
 will provide such services as terminal anti-pollution, ship sludge reception and regular fishing floats in Tianjin waters.
In addition, Tianjin Port Group Co., Ltd agreed to empower the company to use the reconstructed warehouse at the original passenger
 terminal for storage of oil spill emergency response equipment and materials. In November 2011, the Company signed a long-term 
strategic cooperative agreement on marine anti-pollution and marine environmental protection with Tianjin Port Bulk Cargo Logistics 
Co., Ltd and Tianjin Huize Navigation Security Co., Ltd.
The Company successively established strategic partnerships with Tianjin LingangFullpower Terminal Co., LTD ,Tianjin Bo Maike 
Marine Engineering Co., LTD and some other well-known local enterprises to undertake oil spill emergency response, ship sludge/
garbage disposal, tank cleaning works. In March 2012, the Company signed a cooperative agreement on ship waste reception with 
Tianjin Xingang Shipyard and became the exclusive company to provide ship tank clean-up and oily substances reception services in
 the shipyard.
Being a long-term cooperative partner with Tianjin MSA and the only company engaged in anti-pollution business with Tianjin Port, the
 company currently build a 400-meter-long oil spill emergency response terminal, a 150-meter-long berth for oil spill emergency 
response ships and a 1,000 square meters oil spill emergency response warehouse.
In order to strengthen international cooperation and business exchanges, enlarge market shares and increase business incomes, the 
company signed a long-term cooperative agreement with the Russian FESCO and Sakhalin shipping company respectively and acting 
as a general shipping agent for their ships in Chinese mainland ports. 
For many years, the company has always been committing to strengthen cooperation with ship owners, ship management operators
 and shipping agents both at home and abroad. At present, the company has establish business relations with many domestic and
 international shipping companies such as COSCO, China Shipping, CMA CGM, MSC, Hapag-Lloyd, Maersk, Hanjin,K-line, Yang Ming and Wanhai with our professional ship pollutant reception and emergency response services.
